THE ESTIMATION OF NON-CARCINOGENIC EFFECTS PROGRESSION RISK FROM AIR POLLUTION FOR THE HEALTH OF TOMSK POPULATION

Osipova N.A, Ivanova E.V, Vasilenko D.V
The dynamics of Tomsk city air pollution for the 15-year period from 1993 to 2008 is researched. It is calculated a risk rate of non-cancer effects progress: danger coefficient for the population health from inhalation impact of main dangerous compounds: carbon oxide, sulfur oxide, hydrogen chloride and ammonia, contained in Tomsk atmosphere. It was made total calculations by more than 150 measurements, which allows us to get the reliable information about the real air pollution conditions on the whole city area. Dangerous coefficient for the hydrogen chloride varies from 0,25 to 1,34 and exceeds the maximum allowable level. The results received space-temporal interpretation. Within the borders of city territory is detected a zones with increased levels of dangerous coefficient. These zones are unfavorable as by the location of the factories inside of them and by the character of dominant winds, which assists to the industrial emissions transport.
