At the article there is demonstrated the possibility of synthesis crystal ultrafine powders of tetragonal phases with composition BaTiO3, PbTiO3, and temperature below 750 K. The effect of lowering the temperature of the process (as compared with the synthesis of BaTiO3 and PbTiO3 where is used oxides or carbonates) is achieved by using as precursor active polymeric forms of titanium compounds (IV) and complex compounds of barium and lead. In our research, as a source of Ba2 + and Pb2 + ions at the synthesis of perovskite-type structure phases, there was first applied complexes of these elements, in which, as ligands acts 2-amino-4-imino-2-pentene. It is shown that a critical stage in the process is the dispersion of the precursors, which is performed with standard conditions. This fact, as well as DTA data, suggest that the formation of the reaction zone in this case occurs on the surface of nanosized TiO2 particles, and enhances the role of dispersion, which helps increasing the area of the reaction zone.
