MODIFICATION OF ACTIVE COAL CUPROUS CHLORIDE (II) FOR HIS INCREASE ADSORPTION CAPACITY OF AMMONIA

Dynamic method for supplying ammonia-gas mixture in a pilot plant has been determined the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon at a partial pressure of ammonia vapor over the ammonia solutions equal to 37.3 kPa and temperature of 293 K. The effect of the modifier of copper chloride on the adsorption capacity of coal to ammonia. The concentration of copper used in the range of from 4.7 to 188.2 mg / g The adsorption capacity for such modifications is in the range of 35.2 to 140.2 mg / g The dependence of the content of Cu2 + ions on the corner of the concentration of the modifying solution. Plotted this relationship in inverse coordinates as possible to determine the capacity of the activated carbon in chloride of copper (II) at a given concentration of the solution CuCL2 (CuCL2 mole fraction is equal to 1). Confirmed the relevance of the topic chosen and the usefulness of the work on the modification of activated carbon with copper (II).
