CARBAMIDE AND SOME α-OXOCARBONIC ACIDS AND THEIR ETHERS FORM OXODERIVATIVES OF IMIDAZOLE IN SOFT CONDITIONS

The experimental data about the interaction of carbamide and some α-oxocarbonic acids and their ethers are brought in the present work. We’ve got the data about forming of new imidazole oxoderivatives. The high reactionary ability of carbamide and αoxoorganic acids in reactions of cyclocondensation has been considered. The interaction of urea and oxocarbonic acids that accompanies the Krebs cycle in live systems has been taken as a prototype. The main objective of the research is to get oxoderivatives of imidazole and hytantoin derivatives in particular in soft conditions with the maximal yield. The range of experiments on interaction of ureas and α-oxocarbonic acids and their ethers in equimolar ratio and at the moderate heating has taken place. Water and ethanol were taken as solvents. We’ve got the reaction products, they’ve been purified and researched by various methods of the physical and chemical analysis.
