DETECTION OF THE NANOGRAM SUPERECOTOXICANTS AMOUNTS BY SURFACE-ENHANCED RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY ON HYBRID C-AU-AG NANOPARTICLES

Synthesis of hybrid nanoparticles C-Au-Ag was carried out by laser-induced deposition from solution. Precursor for the synthesis solution was heterometallic complex [Au12Ag12(C2Ph)18Br3(PPh2(C6H4)3PPh2)3](PF6)3 dissolved in dichloroethane. Physical and chemical properties of the hybrid nanostructures were investigated using scanning electron microscopy, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and absorption spectroscopy. It was shown that the deposited heterometallic structures were composed of Au-Ag nanoparticles embedded in a carbon matrix. The size distribution of the synthesized nanoparticles was obtained. The average size of nanoparticles was found to be D = (22 ± 4) nm. The dependence of the plasmon resonance peak position of the hybrid nanostructured materials on the laser exposure time was obtained. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon anthracene was investigated as superecotoxicant. The spectra of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering of the solutions with different anthracene concentrations were measured. Minimal detectable anthracene concentration in acetone for surface-enhanced Raman scattering was determined. The dependence of anthracene luminescence intensity on the sorption time was studied.
